With 20 years of experience in Human Resources in Banking and Telecommunication Industries and Regional Youth Cooperation Office, Irida Vejsiu is an expert in the field of Human Resources. She is currently the Human Resources Manager at Regional Youth Cooperation Office.

Irida enjoys considerable experience in Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Staff Restructuring, Training and Development, Career Management, Event Management, Employer Branding and Management of HR activities. Her entire career is focused in Human Resources, covering areas such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Career Development, Compensation and Benefits Strategy. Irida is highly specialized in Mergers and Acquisition, having successfully managed separately one acquisition process and one merger among two medium sized banks in the market, via consultation, process management and complete implementation.

She holds a PhD. Diploma in Human Resources at Agriculture University of Tirana, a Master of Science in Management People, Projects and Processes from Umea University Sweden and a Bachelor Degree in Finance Accounting from University of Tirana, she speaks fluent English and Albanian as mother tongue, and also, she has basic knowledge of Italian Language.  During her leisure time Irida enjoys time with family and close friends, reading motivational books and exercising.
