WESTERN BALKANS – The Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is inviting tenderers to submit their offers for production of informational videos. The tender is being launched within the project Enhancing Youth Cooperation and Youth Exchange in the WB6 supported by the European Union.
RYCO is seeking the services of individual consultants, teams of consultants or legal entities providing consultancy services to develop and produce informational videos for the above mentioned project. RYCO expects to receive creative, innovative proposals for informational videos which thematically fit to the RYCO’s scope of work.

A candidate has requested clarification from RYCO. The questions were: What is the information that you want to communicate for the promotional video for the RYCO 4th Open Call co-funded by the EU and RYCO? The two remaining videos that will feature the impact of youth exchanges on the participants, highlighting their regional mobility experiences, can you please give us examples of the real characters, what are their stories?
Answers: Concerning your first question about the information we want to communicate for the promotional video for the RYCO 4th Open Call kindly be informed that the call is mainly aimed for youth exchanges (as per RYCO mandates and as explained in the Terms of Reference). This call will be responding to COVID19 also. As a reference, we invite you to consult our web page for more information on previous calls. Regarding the second question, please be informed that the people who should be featured in these videos are young people, between 15 and 30 years old, coming from the Western Balkans participating youth exchanges.
