Ms Elmasllari holds an MSc in Politics, Economics and Philosophy from the University of Hamburg in Germany as a DAAD Scholar, and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Epoka University in Albania, where she later joined the department as Lecturer on Political Thought. She has attended further education in Diplomacy and Negotiation Skills at the Albanian Diplomatic Academy, and in European Governance at Gustav Stresemann Institute-Germany. In 2020, she was awarded the UNODA-OSCE Scholarship for Peace and Security.
Ms Elmasllari started her career in 2015 as part of the European Movement in Albania, and later on as an intern at the Parliament of Albania, Committee of European Integration. During her stay in Germany, she held research positions at academic and private institutions, focusing on human rights, political, and economic affairs. A native speaker of Albanian, Ms Elmasllari is fluent in English, Spanish, and German.
Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is an independently functioning institutional mechanism, founded by the Western Balkans 6 participants (WB 6): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, aiming to promote the spirit of reconciliation and cooperation between the youth in the region through youth exchange programs.
