Ms Selma Tarić  holds a Master's degree in Management from the joint Master study program at Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo and the Faculty of Economics of the University in Zagreb and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University Sarajevo.

Prior to joining RYCO in 2023, she has served at the Public High School Dobrinja in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina as a Teacher, after which she continued pursuing a career in the private sector by working as a Financial Analyst, General Manager and Deputy Director.

She gained certifications such as Expert Witness in the fields of Economics and Market Relations, Accounting, Financial Reporting and Finances, Internal Auditor and Authorized Appraiser. Aside from her strong experience, Ms Tarić speaks fluent English. In her free time, she likes hiking and traveling.
