Government Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina
Holding the position of University Senior Research Assistant at the University of Mostar since 2021, Mr Ivan Ćubela is a dedicated professional who actively contributes to both research and political initiatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
From 2020 to 2023 he served as a Senior Expert Associate for Media and Communications at the Croatian Democratic Union/President's Office, demonstrating his versatility in the fields of politics and communication. He holds a Master's degree (MA) in Political Science from the University of Mostar and he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science at the same institution. He was also awarded the Dean's Award for Best Student at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in 2016. His academic research focuses on topics such as electoral legitimacy and diversity management in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Beyond his academic achievements, Mr Ćubela holds a significant role as the Vice President of Youth of
HDZ BiH since 2021, actively engaging in social and political activities.
Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is an independently functioning institutional mechanism, founded by the Western Balkans 6 participants (WB 6): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, aiming to promote the spirit of reconciliation and cooperation between the youth in the region through youth exchange programs.
