RYCO Local Strategic Dialogue Takes Place in Podgorica

PODGORICA – RYCO Local Branch Officer in Montenegro Mr Edin Koljenović, in cooperation with the Forum MNE, held a strategic dialogue meeting with relevant stakeholders working in the field of youth policy on Saturday in Podgorica, Montenegro. The meeting gathered stakeholders from Montenegro working in the fields of youth, education and reconciliation with the main aim to collect inputs for the ongoing strategic planning process of RYCO.

As an important step in the RYCO Strategy planning process, the event gathered a number of relevant partners and stakeholders from Montenegro to discuss the basic RYCO strategic directions defined up until now.

The meeting was attended by 30 representatives of high schools and CSOs from Montenegro, but also the representatives of the United Nations and the OSCE Mission to Montenegro. Moreover, the event gathered organizations from North, South and Central region in Montenegro and provided opportunity for all interested parties to express their opinion about further developments of our organization and give clear inputs and suggestions on the RYCO Strategic Plan.

The participants’ discussion points were how to reach target groups in most effective manner, enable environment for successful implementation of projects and continue to work on institutional development and straightening of RYCO.

The collected inputs will be used together with the inputs from the other RYCO Contracting Parties to further develop the RYCO Strategic Plan 2019-2021.
