SKOPJE – Head of the RYCO Local Branch Office in North Macedonia Mr Albert Hani met with the German Ambassador to North Macedonia Ms Anke Holstein on Thursday, 29 October 2020 when they discussed the ongoing activities and support to RYCO’s work.
The activities and objectives discussed were the ones related to the Berlin Process, the Chairmanship of North Macedonia in the RYCO Governing Board and the German’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
Ambassador Holstein reassured the Head of the RYCO Local Branch Office in North Macedonia that the German Embassy to North Macedonia remains committed to supporting RYCO’s work as well as the Berlin Process.
They also focused on the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic which affected the implementation of several RYCO activities and processes planned for the year. Mr Hani highlighted that RYCO’s work and mission in the region continues with the successful implementation of the online activities and the strong support of its partners.
