Mr Redžepagić was born in Podgorica. After high school, he enrolled in the State University of New York at Old Westbury majoring in accounting while also completing courses in business administration at the same University. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society since 2012.
Mr Redžepagić's last position within Hipotekarna Bank covered tasks related to commercial business. Moreover, for the business year of 2019. Mr Redžepagić was a recipient of the "Employee of the year" award, presented to him by the Management Board of the Bank.
He has more than six years of experience in the fields of finance, accounting and banking.

Mr Redžepagić is fluent in Montenegrin and English. In his free time, he likes to travel and explore different cultures. He also likes being involved in sports activities.
