BUDVA – RYCO Local Branch Office in Montenegro organized Leadership and Management Training for RYCO management with the support of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro and in cooperation with GIZ, in Budva from 10 to 13 July 2023. The training program, conducted by experienced trainer Mr. Đorđe Maričić, focused on strengthening the capacities of the RYCO management, aiming to improve group functioning and increase the organization’s effectiveness.
The Head of the RYCO Local Branch Office in Montenegro, Mr. Edin Koljenović, expressed gratitude to the OSCE Mission to Montenegro for their long-term partnership and support for this event. He hoped that the training would enhance team cohesion, enabling the team to navigate unpredictable and stressful situations more effectively and develop the necessary leadership and management skills for RYCO’s smooth operation.
The Secretary General of RYCO Mr. Albert Hani highlighted the significance of the training in bringing the team together and uniting them towards a common goal: providing better opportunities for all young people and creating new prospects. He expressed hope for more similar training that would help RYCO realize its full potential.
