SARAJEVO – RYCO Local Branch Officer in Bosnia and Herzegovina Ms Berina Bukva meet on Thursday with Head of Arts for Western Balkans of the British Council in BiH Ms Amila Lagumdžija when they discussed possible ways of cooperation.
Ms Bukva presented the establishment, structure as well as ongoing and future work activities of RYCO while Ms Lagumdžija introduced our Local Branch Officer with the previous and ongoing activities of the Active Citizens program and current relevant projects in the region.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that the main target of RYCO is youth and their mobility, as well as intercultural dialogue, which is the similarity with the successful Active Citizens program. In the next phase of RYCO’s work, synchronized communication and collaboration with the British Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina is possible, Ms Bukva and Ms Lagumdžija agreed.
The British Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina expressed kind interest in communication and dialogue regarding future activities for and with youth – for a better region.
