Bojana Lalatović is a Programme Officer at the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) in Montenegro and also holds the title of Young European Ambassador of the Western Balkans, as part of the official EU Regional Communication Programme. She earned her MA in Law in European Integration from the University of Belgrade and is currently a PhD candidate in the International Public Law Department of the same university.
Prior to her current position, Bojana worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro at the Operational Communication Center and for civic organizations focused on EU integration processes for the Western Balkans. She has been awarded several prestigious scholarships, such as the KAS Rule of Law Program South East Europe scholarship, due to her academic achievements. Additionally, she is an alumna of many internationally renowned summer schools, including the European Forum Alpbach. Bojana also participated in the ERASMUS+ mobility programme at the University of Roma Tre, Italy.
She is fluent in Montenegrin/Serbian, English, Russian, and Italian.
Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is an independently functioning institutional mechanism, founded by the Western Balkans 6 participants (WB 6): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, aiming to promote the spirit of reconciliation and cooperation between the youth in the region through youth exchange programs.
