Ms. Teodora Stolevska is an experienced project management professional with over a decade of service in North Macedonia's civil society sector. She has over 10 years of experience in project design, management, monitoring, and reporting for domestic and international donors of small, medium, and large grants. Ms. Stolevska has experience in managing large scale organizations and mediums, designing and preparing policy briefs and establishing and managing coalitions and networks of CSOs. She is also adept at policy advocacy and coordination of campaigns, and events.

In her previous position of Executive Director in Youth Educational Forum she managed a team of 25 full-time staff members, and 20 part-time staff members for an organization entailing 4 programs, a medium, and 21 local offices.

In her work in the civil society sector, she’s built relationships with different state institutions and international organizations and has been a part of over 20 governmental working groups for different issues in the country, where she took part in and drafted the law on Higher Education, The Law on Youth Participation, the National Youth strategy and many more.
