Second RYCO Advisory Board Meeting Takes Place in Montenegro

PODGORICA – The second RYCO Advisory Board meeting took place on Wednesday in Podgorica, Montenegro. It was an excellent opportunity for the members to assemble their rich expertise and contribute to content improvement of the forthcoming RYCO call for project proposals.

During the meeting, the Advisory Board members have put significant efforts in shaping their role, functionality and duties, with the final purpose to proactively assist RYCO in objects achievement. Being a RYCO structure with a unique diversity of proficiency, the Advisory board has proposed forming specific working groups, reflecting RYCO key aspects.

This meeting was an important step in setting the interests of consistency, institutional memory and effectiveness of the upcoming work.

The second RYCO Advisory Board meeting was supported by the OSCE Mission to Montenegro. Ambassador of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro took the opportunity to greet the Advisory Board members, congratulating for the outstanding results delivered by now, and assured continuous and stable future support to RYCO and its structure.

The Advisory Board is one of the RYCO statuary bodies. It is formed of experts on the thematic issues of RYCO, including representatives of the donor community, civil society, international organisations and other relevant institutions.
