WESTERN BALKANS – The Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is inviting tenderers to submit their offers for supply, design and production of branded visibility materials. The tender is being launched within the project Enhancing Youth Cooperation and Youth Exchange in the WB6 supported by the European Union.
RYCO is seeking the services of legal entities providing consultancy graphics and layout expert services to design and develop branding materials for the above mentioned project. RYCO expects to receive creative, innovative proposals for visibility materials which thematically fit to RYCO’s scope of work.
The tender dossier is consisted of Invitation to Tender, Contract Notice, Instructions to Tenderers, Draft Contract, Terms of Reference, Service Tender Submission Form, Budget Form. All the documents are available for download below.

A candidate has requested clarification from RYCO. The questions were: Is the graphic work for all items in the biding ready or it needs to be designed? Reusable Tote Bags will be printed double sided or one side, Whats is going to be the dimension of the printing size? The same question for the T-Shirts.
Answers: As outlined in the point 4 “Required services” of the document D Terms of Reference of the Tender Dossier, the contractor (winning applicant) will be requested to provide among others the graphic design of visibility materials. As outlined in the point 5 “Required deliverables and delivery dates” of the document D Terms of Reference of the Tender Dossier, the printing of the Reusable Tote Bags should be 4/0, meaning full color, one-sided. The same applies for the T-Shirts. When it comes to the size of printing, it will depend on the suggested design provided by the contractor but it should not exceed A4 format for both tote bags and t-shirts.

A candidate has requested clarification from RYCO. The question was: Is it required the design of all the materials in this phase and if yes, could you share with us the logo in high res/vector format and brand guidelines in order to proceed with the design?
Answer: In regard to your request for clarification kindly be informed that at this stage there is no need to provide the design. It will be done once the contractor is selected.
