WESTERN BALKANS – The Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is inviting tenderers to submit their offers for the tender “IT support service for Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO), Head Office”.
RYCO is looking for a national service provider (contractor) which will offer an IT Help Desk for RYCO Head Office (HO). IT contractor has to provide fast and efficient technical assistance as well as to ensure smooth IT Operation (support all users and ensure IT equipment maintenance) of the RYCO Head Office.

A candidate has requested clarification from RYCO regarding the number of hardware and peripherals.
Answer: RYCO currently has 3 computers, 33 laptops, and 1 server. Please note that this number may increase in the upcoming months due to an enlargement in staff. In terms of peripherals, there are 10 printers and 2 Wi-Fi access points. RYCO has a local server that may be accessed remotely.
