Tirana – Good relations between Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) and National Youth Agency of Albania (NYA) will be continued and further strengthened through various joint activities and initiatives for youth empowerment – this was a joint message from the meeting of RYCO Secretary General Albert Hani and Head of Local Branch Office Albania, Kreshnik Loka with newly appointed Director General of the NYA, Mr. Geron Ibrahimi.
On the occasion of the first official meeting that took place in RYCO’s premises in Tirana, SG Hani congratulated Mr Ibrahimi on his appointment and expressed his belief that new energy and efforts will additionally elevate youth support and further contribute to youth empowerment on local and regional level.
Meeting was an opportunity for Director Ibrahimi to get more familiar with variety of projects that RYCO has been implementing, along with recent developments and upcoming plans for 2024 and possible synergies for future cooperation.
Director Ibrahimi expressed satisfaction with steps taken so far, and said that he looks forward to future collaboration in order to provide strong support to young people in Albania and the entire region through joint forces.
