WESTERN BALKANS – The third episode of the You(th) Choose(s) podcast hosted by young journalists from the Western Balkans is taking us on another musical journey filled with teenage dreams.
In difficult times, one of the things that we rely on is music. It creates a little bubble around us and allows us to forget all the problems that we have to face “out in the real world”. In the third episode of the You(th) Choose(s), we will find out what did the Western Balkan youth listen to in their teenage years and who were the artists they were mostly influenced by. From 70s to 00s, Georgi, Branislava, Aleksandra, Donat, Rejdi and Medina will take us on another musical journey through all the different time genres and make us wonder what songs, that maybe did not even come out yet, are going to be the ones that will mark the teenage years of those who are yet to experience them. Background on the You(th) Choose(s) podcast
The You(th) Choose(s) podcast is a part of the RYCO supported program for students of journalism in the region. The podcast gathers young people from the region with Branislava Kolarov, Andrea Knežević and Dijana Dacin as the hosts that guide the topics through creative thinking and discussions. The first season of the podcast contains six episodes, where some of the topics covered throughout are connection and unity, guilty pleasures and teenage years.
