TIRANA – Representatives of RYCO Secretariat met in Tirana on Friday with the Youth Representatives in the RYCO Governing Board to discuss the upcoming Open Call for Project Proposals.
The Youth Representatives form Albania, Kosovo* and Montenegro were present at the meeting, while their colleagues form Macedonia and Serbia joined the meeting via video call. Highly valuable inputs were collected from the young people during the meeting.
RYCO strongly believes that the young people should take an active role in designing policies that are directed towards them. The meeting is the continuation of RYCO’s efforts to strengthen the role of young people in decision-making processes, particularly in the work of the RYCO bodies.
Youth Representatives in the RYCO Governing Board are Ms Dafina Peci (Albania), Ms Danijela Topić (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Mr Arianit Jashari (Kosovo), Mr Vladimir Gjorgjevski (Macedonia), Mr Dimitrije Jovićević (Montenegro) and Ms Milica Škiljević (Serbia).
