RYCO invites civil society organizations across the Western Balkans to apply for the 7th RYCOnnecting Youth Open Call, supporting youth-led initiatives that strengthen reconciliation, intercultural learning, dialogue, and regional cooperation.
This Open Call is a key instrument of RYCO’s Strategic Plan 2025–2027, translating our vision into concrete action by empowering young people and CSOs to build trust, cooperation, and sustainable peace across the region.
What we support
Projects that:
• Promote regional youth exchange, dialogue, and peacebuilding
• Foster intercultural learning and reconciliation
• Strengthen cooperation among CSOs, youth organizations, and institutions
• Create sustainable models of regional youth cooperation beyond a single project cycle
Two thematic LOTs
🔹 LOT 1: Youth for Reconciliation, Dialogue, and Peacebuilding
🔹 LOT 2: Supportive and Innovative Environment for formal and non-formal Regional Youth Structures
Grant size
• Minimum: EUR 20,000
• Maximum: EUR 30,000
Project duration
• Minimum 4 months
• Maximum 6 months
Eligibility highlights
• Regional projects involving partners from at least two WB6 contracting parties
• Implemented by civil society organizations
• Aligned with RYCO’s mission of youth cooperation and reconciliation
Through this Call, RYCO expands opportunities for young people to engage, learn, and collaborate by contributing so to more peaceful, inclusive, and democratic societies in the Western Balkans.
