RYCO – The Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is inviting tenderers to submit their offers for the tender “Framework agreement for the provision of travel arrangement and accommodation, event management and other related services for the Local Branch Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina”
RYCO is seeking qualified service providers (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of services under the following Lots:
LOT I – “Travel arrangement services for the Local Branch Office of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO), in Bosnia and Herzegovina”
LOT II – “Accommodation, event management and other related services for the Local Branch Office of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO), in Bosnia and Herzegovina”
The selected Service Provider shall provide comprehensive, prompt, reliable and accurate services under the relevant Lot, as requested by RYCO and in accordance with these Terms of Reference. The objective of the Framework Agreement is to ensure the efficient, timely and cost-effective provision of services under the relevant Lot, meeting RYCO’s operational needs.
