Finance and Administrative Assistant

Emirjon Lleshi holds a master degree in Accounting and Auditing in the University of Tirana.
Since more than three years he has been occupied as a finance officer for 12 EU projects run by the of Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry project’s department.
The scope of these challenging projects was mainly focused on SME-s and their competitiveness. The EU funded programs that he managed and coordinated belonged to the IPA, Erasmus + & COSME sections.
Since September 2020, he has been contributing actively in the main youth program managed by Albanian EU Delegation’s office, Young European Ambassadors of Western Balkan.
He loves to be part and contribute to youth projects related to Integration of Western Balkans Youth with EU values and opportunities.

Communications Assistant

Ms. Merkaj pursued her master’s degree at the University of La Sapienza, Department of Economy, with a focus on Economics and Communication for Management and Innovation. She holds a BA in International Marketing and Logistics from Epoka University, Tirana.

A communications professional with diverse experience working in very dynamic environments on development projects in the fields of youth, education, civic education, business ecosystem development, start-up empowerment, and public health.

Judoris, has been working in the field of communications for five years. In her former position s a Communication Project Assistant at INNVEST (Fund Investment Network), she contributed a to providing efficient new network established in Tirana. Furthermore, she drove the design and distribution ofcommunication support across both internal and external channels for the multimedia content and coordinated goal-oriented online communications for different tactical campaigns.

On the technical side, she has broad experience in Digital Marketing, SEO strategy, A/B testing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing Planning. Brand Development, and user experience content through captivating stories are her additional professional focus.

She considers herself an organized team player with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.

Local Program Assistant
Ms Reçi holds a master’s degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. She is a young professional with great interest in the fields of youth work, gender equality and reintegration of migrants and refugees.
Mr. Reçi has a strong understanding of youth policy and youth work in the region, experience gained through training, Council of Europe exchange programs, and professional engagement.
She has been engaged as a Project Coordinator in youth NGOs in Albania, working on the topics of youth empowerment and youth engagement in decision making. Civil society experience brought the capabilities of risk management, analysis, and decision-making skills.
Ms. Reçi is an Albanian native speaker in addition to that she is fluent in English and Italian.

Grants Officer

Ms Jarčević holds a  Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, where she is currently enrolled in the master program on International Humanitarian Law and Law of Human Rights.

She started working on the cooperation of the Western Balkans Six region as a part of the Balkans, let’s get up! Organisation working on different projects in the fields of culture and youth engagement. Ms Jarčević has taken various trainings on diversity management, peacebuilding, and critical thinking to be able to take an active role in the building of a better region.

Besides youth empowerment, her fields of interest are multiculturalism, human rights, and history. She loves discovering new places, hiking, and Spanish music.

Finance and Administrative Officer

Ms Kulemani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Informatics from the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from “Aleksander Moisiu” University, Durres. 

She has five years of experience working in non-profit organizations. Ms Kulemani worked as Finance Officer, Development Facilitator, and Accountant Payable Officer in an international non-profit organization. She has been financially managing diverse EU projects and has taken part in a wide range of training on financial management for the EU and GIZ grants. 

Ms Kulemani enjoys meeting new people and learning about their lives and backgrounds. She easily finds common interests with strangers and tends to make most people feel comfortable. She is a detail-oriented person with a sharp eye for accuracy.

Programs Officer

Mr Zeneli is an honorable graduate of Political Sciences at South East European University (SEEU)  and has completed a semester at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences as part of the Erasmus+ Exchange Mobility scholarship. 

He has been actively engaged in the civil society sector in Kosovo*, and was involved in organizations and projects that focus on international politics, civic activism, and youth empowerment.

Mr Zeneli has been engaged in project management since 2015, working for different NGOs, starting as School Relations Officer at Kosovo Model United Nations Academy, and later on as  Project Coordinator at the Youth Center Gjilan, as well as the Project Coordinator at the Global Shapers Community Prishtina.

Youth empowerment remains one of his passions while he is a firm believer that youth have a chance to improve the world. In his professional engagements, he strives to dedicate his energy and knowledge to helping other young people reach their potential and develop their skills.

Project Coordinator

Ms Ruka pursued her master’s courses at the University of Salzburg, Department of Political Science, with a focus on Political Science, Integration and Governance in the Balkans. She holds a BA in International Relations from the European University of Tirana.

In her former engagement in RYCO, she held the position of the Communications and Visibility Officer within the ROUTE WB6 Project.

She is a former Chief of Cabinet of the European University of Tirana where she coordinated strategic business initiatives, supervised daily operations, and helped oversee projects and communication plans. She has been engaged as the Project Coordinator for the European Institute Pashko, an NGO affiliated with the European University of Tirana, where she was in charge of the Youth Activism+ Program, coordination of several projects funded by local donors, and Erasmus+ programs.

During her stay in Salzburg, Ms Ruka was engaged as the Public Relations Consultant at the Department of Political Science, University of Salzburg, supporting the department with joint project management, and organization of meetings with high-level representatives of the European Commission. At the same time, she worked as a Researcher for the Institute of the Regions of Europe, a nongovernmental organization based in Salzburg.

Ms. Ruka s is an Albanian native speaker in addition to that she is fluent in English, French, and Italian.

Project Coordinator

Ms Bonatti is the former Executive Director of Promoting Social Business Agency Albania and Advisor to the Minister of Social Welfare and Youth, where she was leading the  working group for drafting Albania’s National Strategy of Social Business/Enterprise and Social Inclusion.

She is a Member of the European Commission’s Experts Group for Social Entrepreneurs.. Since 2010, she has initiated and led the Holistic Movement for Social Business in Albania, provided advice and  assistance to various  social business initiatives, and managed the first Social Business Incubator in Albania.

Ms Bonatti graduated from the Faculty of Economics, at the University of Tirana, and holds an MBA from Las Vegas University, Nevada, USA. Currently she is pursuing her  PhD on Social Enterprise, at St. Gallen University, Switzerland

She started her career in the NGO sector,  as the Director of the Financial and Human Resources Department in Caritas Albania,  and continued working for EU projects with  donors, foundations, corporations, and the private sector. In addition, she worked on different projects funded by the  EBRD, ILO, UNDP, World Vision, UN Women, and the EU. 

During her stay in the USA, she worked as a Manager in the Corporate Division of the Wells Fargo Bank, and extended her expertise in  Finance and Accounting, Project Management, and Social and Solidarity Economy. Since 2014, she has held the position of part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana.

Operations Coordinator

Mr Gidaković has earned B.A. in Oriental Studies from the Faculty of Philology and M.A. in Public Administration and Public Policies from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade. 

For the last 15 years, Mr Gidaković has been involved in organizational development within various areas, such as education, international development, public administration and INGOs. He has worked and lived in Croatia, Serbia, Norway, Montenegro, Mongolia, China, Vietnam, Ireland and Albania. He is passionate about working with youth and vulnerable groups. Boris is an active volunteer in the fields of supporting the refugees from Afghanistan and promoting Asian culture. 

Mr Gidaković speaks English fluently and he has an intermediate understanding of Turkish and Farsi. He adores traveling, swimming, sailing and everything related to theater, art history and linguistics.

Fundraising Consultant

Ms Bulajic is working with RYCO since January 2020 as a Project Coordinator for the ROUTE WB6 project. She has experience in working with and for different stakeholders from the private, public and NGO sectors, including Ecorys Brussels, GIZ, EUSR Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, UN Women, USAID, Public Administration International, as well as EU funded projects in the Western Balkans. She has a successful background in project development and management, public relations and event management.
Her expertise includes advocacy and outreach campaigns as well as strengthening organisational capacities and coordinating and managing the inputs of staff in respect of writing proposals and project delivery. She holds a BA in Journalism, is an MBA candidate in Business Communication Management and has an LSPR certificate. Her passion is communication activism.
