PRISTINA – RYCO Local Branch Officer in Kosovo Ms Krenare Gashi met on Tuesday with Ambassador of Austria in Kosovo H. E. Mr Gernot Pfandler. The RYCO performance in 2017 and its concrete results such as the Open Call for Project Proposals as well as our plans for 2018 were among the topics discussed in the meeting.
They emphasized that development of the Open Call for such a short period of time is a real success taking into consideration the fact that RYCO is a regional mechanism founded by the six contracting parties, which makes its work more complex.
Ms Gashi and Mr Pfandler agreed to stay in close coordination for upcoming plans in the field of youth work. Therefore, they concluded, the Embassy is going to continue its support for RYCO in the forthcoming period.
The meeting was held withing the phase of meetings with RYCO local partners in Kosovo.
